At SomaSanctuary we hold space for re-connection, rediscovery, and revival of our relationship to our body. We bring people together through dance, play, and ritual.
We bring the SomaSanctuary dance tent to:
- Festivals: Arise, Apogaea, Convergence, Serenity
- Wilderness: Canyonlans, Sand Dunes, Colorado National Monument, San Luis Valley
Influenced by practices such as Contact Improvisation, Authentic Movement, Body Mind Somanatics, Wilderdance, Engaged Neuroplasticity, Comide del Arte, and Butoh we cultivate deeper relationship to self, each other, and nature.
We are dedicated to sharing and cultivating the benefits of somatics on the southern rocky mountain region.
We offer workshops, retreats, performances, and events in Boulder county and regionally: Durango, Taos, Crestone, Paonia, and Sedon.
